Sacrament Registration

Registration forms for the Sacraments of Confirmation and 1st Penance/1st Holy Communion will be sent out at the beginning of August to families who attended Religious Education classes in 2012/13.

Requirements for the Sacrament of Confirmation (Grade 9):

• Must have attended Religious Education classes in either a CCD program or in a Catholic Elementary School for Grades 1-8.
• Must be a baptized Catholic and have received First Penance and First Holy Communion.

Requirements for the Sacraments of 1st Penance/1st Holy Communion (Grade 2):

• Must have attended Religious Education classes in either a CCD program or in a Catholic Elementary School for Grade 1 and be enrolled for Grade 2.
• Must be a baptized Catholic.
